The Academy has conducted Boxacise coach
accreditation courses since 1992 and this continued
profile is of one of our successful coaches.
Mark hails from Brisbane the fair
capital city of Queensland. He attended the first Queensland
Boxacise Level 1 coaching course in 1994 at the Jindalee
Allsports.
Attaining accreditation in 1995 Mark has conducted classes
at Jindalee and other Academy Network centres throughout
Brisbane. |
Mark Stanton
In 1997 he appeared on TV with his friend and oldest
Boxacise exponent 103 year old George Cartwright and
organised a plaque at the nursing
home when George finally hit his last speedball.

Mark likes all sports but the buzz that he
gets from teaching Boxacise co-ordination
and Boxing personal self defence skills are
second to none.

In 1999 he took out the
Australian Academy of Boxing 'Boxacise Coach of the
Year' award and in 2000 went one better by taking out
the Academy's top coaching award the 'Sports Coach of
the Year' for coaching prowess in both sports.
Mark was again awarded the 'AAB Sports Coach of the
Year' in 2002/2004 and 2005 saw him claim both the
'Boxacise Coach' and 'Top Sports Pertformance Awards'.

Mike had a very bad vehicle accident 4 years previously
and gave an exhibition of his improved co-ordination
skills. |
